Speaking on behalf of Giorgio, thank you for your donation!roashru wrote:worth money contribute.
Probably it's not publicised more because it's still in alpha state.roashru wrote:more people should know about this web browser extension.
+1. Ad blocking is just a side effect of the security. It only works because most ads depend on active content.yes_noscript wrote:NoScript isnt a adblocker
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!

Re: big hammer
if NoScript worked on Android I'd uninstall a few add-ons (uBO and Decentraleyes at least). Since most of what is blocked with lists is taken care of by blocking 3rd party scripts. If I had an option to temporarily allow 1st party scripts by default the mobile client would be suitable.
Also, I don't think the options for switching between a blacklist/whitelist in the mobile client actually work, fwiw.
At this point I'm skeptical the mobile client will ever get touched again.

The transition to WebExtensions (currently in progress) will probably handle it, actually.jawz101 wrote: At this point I'm skeptical the mobile client will ever get touched again.
